mid week mixtape!

So i've been thinking.  The Happy Hour show is only on the air once a week... mind you i strive to make it the best damn hour and a half of radio i can, but it always seems so rushed, so crammed...kind of like the tokyo subway.  there's a whole lot of awesomeness that has to get jammed into such a tiny space, its easy to forget that there are millions of other people out there, waiting for the next train... you cyber folk metaphoric fans???
So in light of this realization i've decided to make a mixtape for you...well a playlist i should say ( i just always think of groupings of songs together in such a matter a mixtape- call me old fashioned)

I haven't figured out how to load my own audio on this blog yet, but i assure you i'm diving deeper down the rabbithole.  Until then you're going to have to do some leg work, of which you will be handsomely rewarded for.
and if you have a way to grab these songs and put them in order then do it,,, thats how this body of water is meant to flow...enjoy :)

This guy is my newest hero!

So i'm home from work sick, so naturally i'm wandering aimlessly through cyberspace, which is going to directly result in quite a lot of content today... videos, a mid week playlist, and i'm working on figuring out how to load some old archived interviews, so stay locked!
but as i was stumbling i came across this fella.  He's and absolute piano phenom and is taking improvised music to a new plateau!
He goes by Merton and how he uses chat roulette as a connection tool through music is rather inspiring. this is some next level shit.
and just to show you HOW LEGIT this Merton character truly is, check out this interview:
